Double bass, piano, guitar, and accents of congas and vibraphone provide the sounds the three use. The vocals tell stories of the first rockets to the moon, exotic drinks, or the magic of dawn after a long night of dancing.

Their musicality and virtuosity were not shaped by prestigious music schools but solely by a lifelong obsession with music from a bygone era, and by the learning of hundreds of gigs around the world. Usually touring in larger ensembles, with Cat Lee King and his Cocks and Ray Collins' HOT-CLUB, the three strike a much more subdued tone here, leaving plenty of room for improvisation and a keen eye for musical detail thanks to the trio format.
