As with all great things, this one started in the pub. In the city that gave us Turbowolf, Idles and Vice Squad, Beechwood Knives began over several pints with Scott Milsom (Skinny lister, Coffin Nails) and Robbie Sattin (The Longest Johns) deciding they needed to scratch an itch and create something new. With KO (Mad Sin) on board for an appropriate amount of Nordic energy, the 3 found themselves writing fast ear-pounding tracks about bad tattoos, drunken blackouts and horror stories.

Influenced by a whole host of Psychobilly, horror punk and good ol’ rock and roll, the first releases by Beechwood Knives would be at home in any dive bar jukebox. ‘Fiend In Me’ the first single, is a riff-laden cacophony full of Scott’s furious double bass slaps, Robbie’s clash-esque power chord thrashing and KOs relentless pounding (of drums)!
