Beltane Fire (with memebers of the BLUE CATS) could and should have become a major force in British rock music during the 1980's, if only the wheels of fortune stopped in a different place for them. Beltane Fire were not your run-of-the-mill rock band. They had their own unique identity, truly a band that no one was able to pigeonhole.

The tracks on this album are a collection of previously unreleased recordings made between 1986-1989, that would have formed the basis of the band's second album. The songs are unashamedly a celebration of their homeland, its people, and its history.
